We welcome everyone to P.T.O. Services, Inc. With 35 years in the Driver Leasing field, P.T.O. Services and its affiliated counterpart Transportation Personnel Services are proud to be considered pioneers in the Driver Leasing industry.

Started in 1971 by owners Lloyd M. Raymond, William H. Carpenter and Gloria A. Bridge, P.T.O. Services set the machinery for a flexible, effective and efficient method of business. Headquartered in the western Chicago suburb of Oak Brook, Illinois, we take pride in knowing our company can make a difference as our dedicated staff strives to be the best in the industry.
